__Signing up for events takes planning.

• First, the sign up is usually months before the actual event and you have to pay the event fee upfront (festival only.) 
• Second, there is the travel (packing and transporting all the supplies needed;  tent, tables, weights, etc.), the setup (unpacking and setting up the tent and tables, and their wear-n-tear)  and the sharing of the possible customer base.

In order to make the event fair for both myself and my guest I have shifted the split to compensate for the use of my tent, and the planning it has taken to get the spot.
